Just wanted to share a healthy info to my readers.

Since 2 3 weeks ago, i used to make oranges+green apples juice for almost every day. Seems now, i do not have much time to make juices at home anymore, then i bring the fruits to the office for snacks.

Yes i hand peeled the hard orange skin myself. Now i get used to it. Dah makin terer kupas oren. X de la berjurai2 melengas-lengas tangan.

Tadi terasa nak tanya Mr Google what are the benifits of oranges..

Skin:  The anti-oxidant in orange help protect the skin from free radical damage known to cause signs of aging. (will look younger perhaps)

Stomach ulcer:  Consuming vitamin C rich foods helps to lower the incidence of peptic ulcers and in turn, reduce the risk of stomach cancer.

Viral infections, protection against:  The abundance of polyphenols have been shown to provide protection against viral infections."

1. Always remember to eat in moderation. Excessive consumption of any citrus juices can leach calcium from the body system, causing decay of the bones and teeth. Osteoporosis pulak nanti.

2. Citrus peels also contain some oils that may interfere with the effects of vitamin A even though it has anti-cancer agents.
